Born in Niteroi, latest 70's , at 2 years old moved to Sao Paulo, when her father the actor Luis Carlos Parreiras divorced her mother the photographer Bia Parreiras. In a very early age due her mother job as a journalist photographer Iara had to attend several different pre school ,elementary schools and junior high She couldn't stay still in one city for over 1 year… In 1980 Iara stared working in a circus from Paris in Sao Paulo , that was an adventure for a 5 years old where she learned how to be on top the clowns with the one wheel bike . Around that same year she participated in one of the biggest kids play for that time " Saltibancos" also acted in several Brazilian TV publicity films in the 80's. Thanks to her father job as an actor at "Sesi " theater Sao paulo from 1978 until 1989 , Iara was able to watch back stage the same play several times she would watch the same play over 500 times a year, so she said … Her father also influenced her in get to sports very early particularly at swimming leading into a professional level, she gave up after she got in college, but kept doing sports just for the fun …From 1982 until 1987 besides swimming Iara also got evolved with jazz dance, running and basketball , her ambitious for sports and art permonce was huge for a kid, discipline and extremely dedicate..She was ready to follow that path in a bigger level but from 1987-1989 but became a member of a fanatic Christian community getting extremely busy with the church activities such as chorus and camping work as part of the crew . When her high school grades became very bad and the new religion fascination got out of control , her mom sent her to Florida St. Petersburg to study english in 1990 full time. About 3 months after she was in Florida taking a full time english corse at 16 years old of age , she moved to Idaho due her Mother good friend Mara recommendation that Idaho falls as a better spot to learn english then Florida
. Iara got in Idaho falls high school , spent her junior and senior year as an exchange student at Bonnie Meyer and her family home , where she participated heavily in swimming, soccer and dace activities while living with them. She was fascinated with the american style of living, where loved the company of Bonnie Meyer , who always got into long nice conversations in her kitchen Her mom Bia Parreiras was able to meet her americans family and had the best time of her life thanks to Idaho falls people affection and dedication to take her everywhere like Jackson whole and tea parties American style.

.…Around those years 1990-1992 Iara traveled to Utah ,Wyoming, Nevada, Seattle as an athlete for High school. She returned to Brazil at 18 years old and got a job right the way at Sun&Sea promoting Royal Caribbean cruises to all Brazil traveller agencies , the highest Tourism agencies executives around Brazil felt in love with her great ability to close business deals . At that year Iara had the pressure to get in college since she was 18 , she left to Rio de janeiro where got a major in journalism and Drama arts at Universidade da cidade and met a lot of new people,got tons of special friends that became very close . she fast got deeply s evolve with t in her acting training at the University , allowing to perform in the stage her favorite authors Nelson Rodrigues., Garcia Lorca, Shakespeare, Checov, Samuel Becket and others . Iara got into all other acting Schools around Rio such as CAL Tablado and Laura Alvin after her graduation at Universidade da Cidade, since she felt like it was more to learn . The Clown technique with Thierry Tremounx Was her favorite classes where she got the most of it …All the years of acting study got her to meet tons of artists around Rio de Janeiro..which contributed her getting a job at Conspiracaofilmes as a casting assistance producer of Cande Sales , she had good judgments in who to call for each audition . Iara was attending film school at "Universidade Estacio de Sa" which was the her third major …At conspiracao filmes she worked mostly in publicity films with the biggest brazilian directors names in the Brazilian industry such Andrucha Washington, Carol Jabor , Caca mendes, Breno Silveira, by casting actors and models for big campaigns like Coca Cola..Ford ,kaiser beer..and tousents of others..In 2000 Iara was very affected by the lost of one of her best friend Bruna Meineke, in a tragic car accident in Rio .…since her friends in Rio her biggest passion her way of life, the emotional paint was deep , but was busy with working , studying and her friends and family gave her a tremendous emotional support…she could cope, but had a wish to create a program anti drunk driving.…but that wasn't possible to happen in a crazy life that Rio offer.
In 2002 she met John Foschino and got romantically involved, falling in love Months after that ,Iara moved to Hackensack NJ leaving her entire life in Rio behind , and stared taking acting classes at HB studious and actor studio in Manhattan, but didn't audition for any parts .…At may 2003 she got married with John Foschino, moved to a house in Hackensack NJ , and stared to work with sales as Gap and Banana republic where she happily produced , learned and contributed for that business for almost 6 years .

Challenge showed up as an International Representative for a jewelry manufactory in Brazil.…
Currently Iara is moving along with the new professional challenge along writing her mother biography , taking japanese classes at japan society, taking on line business corse from NYU.…
She is working as volunteer for several adoption agency and is leading a movement against shop lifting in north jersey.
